Submit A Complaint

While we always aim at providing the highest standards of service, but if you face any inconvenience or have objections about any content of this website, we are open to suggestions and are always available to solve your queries without any delay.

Here is a quick guide on how you can communicate with us and how your requests could be processed further. This procedure is designed as per the service guidelines of the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service).

The first requirement of filing a complaint about our services or objecting any part of this website is to send a written communication. You can send an email to customers@lionfinance.co.uk or if you do not have access to email, you can send us a complaint letter at: 35 IVOR PLACE, LOWER GROUND, LONDON NW1 6EA.

As a response to your contact, we would send you an acknowledgement letter within five working days after receiving your complaint.

Your concerns would be considered on priority and fully investigated. A detailed response would also be issued within eight weeks after receiving your complaint.

In the meanwhile we process your complaint if you have any other concerns you can also contact our customer care department at info@lionfinance.co.uk.

In an event you do not receive any response from our side in eight weeks from the date of submitting your complaint, or if you are not satisfied with our final decision letter then you can refer your complaint and the complete matter directly to the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service).

If you refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service it must be done as soon as you receive our final decision on your complaint and within six months. Then FOS has the discretion to either review your complaint outside of this time period or not.

Please Note : It is important that you provide us the allowed time to attend and respond to your complaint before you take the matter to the FOS.

Some matters are not concerned with the jurisdiction of Ombudsman. So, before presenting your matter to them, you might want to contact them on phone 0300 123 9123 to discuss if they can help you with your concerns or not. Or else you can visit their website and check for more related information.
